I checked - there is on page 508, American Loyalist Claims, (Coldham), National Genealogical Society, two Waggoners only: 1) Waggoner, Jacob (X) Kingsborough, Tryon Co, NY. Served as a private in Kings Royal Regiment of NY.; Memorial 1786, Montreal (AO13/16/215-218) 2) Waggoner, John (X) Saratoga, Albany Co, New York .... Joined Burgoyne's army in 1777...as a guide... imprisoned 2 mos near Ticonderoga before he procured bail and returned to Canada, now resident in Mississiquie Bay: Memorial 18 Mar 1786 (AO13/16/219-221) No Johann/John Christopher Waggoner.
