Ben, Greetings. I have Phineas McNutt b. 11-August-1768, Onslow, Colchester County, Nova Scotia married to Joanna Howard b. 13-November-1773. They have 11 children, one of which is Phineas McNutt II b. 1791; d. 1875, Stewiacke, Colchester County, Nova Scotia. And another of the 11 children is Daniel E. McNutt b. 1795. I have no additional information on nether Daniel, nor Phineas II. There is another Brother, John Andrews McNutt b. Abt. 1796. And a Sister Abner b. Abt. 1810. I do have information on several of the other children and their descendants. I also have a Daniel R. McNutt b. 1835, Onslow, Colchester County, Nova Scotia; d. 1894, s/o Jacob McNutt b. abt. 1812, but I do not know anything about their Family / ancestry. Take care. Rick R.W. The deed, found in Book 10, page 160 (dated 04 Aug. 1821), is between Phineas McNutt and Elizabeth his wife of Onslow and Daniel McNutt of Cumberland County, Nova Scotia.? Phineas McNutt is further described by the Land Registration? Office as "Phineas McNutt 2nd."? The deed was witnessed by? Abner McNutt and John McNutt.? The deed contains no descriptors such as "my son," "my nephew," etc.? The conveyed realty is lot no. 69 of the first division and lies between the South & North branches of the North River.
