I'm afraid there is no Yarmouth to Bar Harbour ferry at all. It has been discontinued. There is however,a ferry from St. John , N.B. to Digby, N.S. twice daily across the Bay of Fundy.. It is a three hour trip and gets you on the Evangeline Trail through the Annapolis valley .Reservations are not difficult if there is a couple of days notice.
