    3. Morning George. There are some records related to the birth of a male child (Jean Jacques Mervan) born to  "Trangil Mervin" and Judith McDonald in 12 January 1903 in Sutton, Massachusetts. Other records associated with the name, at least, for baptism en L'Ardoise, Antigonish Parish for children born to Tranquille and Genevieve Pate in the 1880s. These children were Dominique, Elie and Susanne Agnes Morvan (various spellings). I would suggest to you that if this is the same Tranquille Morven, Elizabeth McPherson was likely a third wife. Jean J. Morvan was listed in the 1940 census as living in Roxbury, Massachusetts. Inez ________________________________ From: George F. Casting a big net, I do not find them anywhere in Canada in 1911, or anywhere in the United States in 1910 or thereafter. The question is, what became of these two? I doubt they had any children, at their age, "but you never know."  Also, I don't know who Tranquil's first wife was (can find no marriage record), or whether they had any children. Is there an alternate name for Tranquil that he might have been using? Any suggestions appreciated.  Tranquil is a new name to me.
