I have been working with NSHVS the past couple of days with no problems. When I get the " missing plug in " notation I usually restart the computer and all is fine. Try another browser such as firefox or google chrome to see if the problem is still there. If the problem goes away, its your current browser. If the problem persists, its you computer system. I forget what plugin is used. Probably Flash or some such, which would then need to be reinstalled.
