Dear Folks: This is a short note to advise you on the status of The Canadian Gravemarker Gallery website. Over the past two weeks our distant server ran into serious unexpected problems. These problems (were beyond our control) and meant The Canadian Gravemarker Gallery was offline. We have initiated steps to move our Website and in doing so, we are taking this opportunity to concurrently update many of the html pages. This is time consuming work but it is a logical opportunity to improve the site during this major move of almost 700,000 photos, over 10,000 html pages and 1,200 cemeteries. We expect the site to be up sometime within the next week or sooner. Our updating of the html will be ongoing. The updates are being done by Province, Region and County so if you do not see your county of interest, please have patience as it means it is in the "to be done" basket. In closing......rest assured no valuable photos have been lost during this major exercise.
