That is correct. When my husband died in 1992, we were traveling across country in our Motorhome. We had a Mail Forwarding Service out of Cleveland, Ohio. My husband died in Nevada, and I brought him home to Buffalo, NY for burial. The social security index shows the Ohio address, much to my consternation.
