Hello List, I went to Halifax yesterday to look for more Family Headstones and others, to take pictures of to add to my genealogy. It was the first time I was at the Camphill Cemetery. I don't know how the residents are at peace in there! Joggers, teenagers passing time, and city traffic on three sides and a highrise on the fouthside. There isn't even any parking to get out of your car and walk around. The deceased are packed in there like sardines. How sad, it should have been closed in the 60s, in my opinion. After driving the "path" for about 45 min. I left without seeing one family name let alone any Reid name. It has maps posted but you need to know where you want to go in the first place. I didn't. Where do you get the information you need to find a resting place in any cemetery? Victoria Reid living in Truro, NS
