Saturday, November 18, 1933...The Halifax Chronicle, Halifax, N.S. Funeral Will Be Held Here Today Remains of Late Mrs. G. M. Howard Arrived From Baltimore Last Night The funeral of Mrs. George H. Howard, who's death occurred at Baltimore last Tuesday in an automobile accident, will take place at 3 o'clock this afternoon. Services will be held at the home of Mrs. Howard's brother, H. E. Pyke, 379 Jubilee Road. Interment will be made at Camp Hill Cemetery. Mr. Howard returned to the city last night in the Ocean Limited accompanying the body from Baltimore. Mr. and Mrs. Howard left Halifax only a week ago and were on their way to their winter home in Pinehurst, N.C., when her death occurred. - Monday, November 20, 1933... The Halifax Chronicle, Halifax, N.S. MRS. G. M. HOWARD Is Laid To Rest Funeral Service Is Conducted by Rev. Dr. S. H. Prince A large number of friends paid final respect to the late Mrs. George M. Howard on Saturday afternoon when her funeral took place from the residence of H. E. Pyke, Jubilee Road. Services at the house and grave were conducted by Rev. Dr. S. H. Prince of Dalhousie University. A lengthy cortege followed the body to Camp Hill Cemetery, where interment was made.
