I am looking for info on a couple whom married in NS, Halifax in the mid 1800's. Is there census info for around then on Halifax or NS in general can someone tell me. I do have their names and marriage info (including date) from Halifax, the groom was born in NF and I think but am not sure the bride was as well. I think they were residing there when married but do not know for how long or why etc... thanks, Christine
Hi Christine, I have a 1869/70 Halifax City Directory (with pages missing, of course!) Can you tell me their names if you think they were still there then?
