    3. Hello George and listers, I'm from Cole Harbour, and I wonder if this Halifax County Home is the NS Rehabilitation Centre on Bissett Road, Cole Harbour and the now 'studio' for the "Trailer Park Boys". And if so, where was/is the cemetery? Is it that one across Bissett Road from the home beside the hayfield? There is one there, I remember, surrounded by a white wooden fence. I looked up Agnes death certificate on the NSHVS website and found that she died from diabetes and two other illnesses which were too difficult to read. It says she was in the hospital for 19 days, buried May 21st at Cole Harbour. She was born in 1882 at Liscomb, daughter of Lang and John Riley, both of Liscomb. Although it states she was a widow, no husband's name is given. Her current address was given as Beaver Harbour and she was a a house keeper of Scotch origin. The undertaker was Zinck's Funeral Service, Dartmouth, NS. 3. Not long ago there was a story on thelocal television news about that burial ground for the Halifax County Home, and I recall thinking that a great uncle of mine is probably there since there was no NOK mentioned for him in his death certificate. Apparently records were not kept as to who was buried where, and there was a move on to at least preserve the site. Anyone recall seeing that story? I am afraid I cannot remember the details.
