To all -- Transcribing is progressing very slowly in our last three provinces, British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. As I have been working in Saskatchewan -- I fully understand the reasons - the enumerators used lots of ink and broad pen-nibs - in many cases the name becomes a ?. Canada is now transcribed with percentage at 97.42% ALBERTA........................... 83.68% BRITISH COLUMBIA......... 80.24% SASKATCHEWAN............. 90.95% The first four listings in Saskatchewan are 100% Moose Jaw now stands at 94.19% - others lesser. Many thanks to all who are working on these last few pages - we need our census complete to add to our genealogy and family history.
