Hi Donna and Everyone, I was the one who said about the age being 21 Years. I had come across a Bride ( Charlotte Rafuse ) being only 16 Yrs marrying in 1923 without the consent of her parents. She was sent a letter from the registar , saying unless she had her parents written consent her marriage would be illegal. Charlotte had lied and said she was 21 when her Mother wrote and said she was only 16 years Old. I was also asking if there was some way of getting copies of the Parents consent forms.
