Tuesday, August 16, 1966...The Chronicle-Herald, Halifax, N.S. WOODROW F. NICKERSON BARRINGTON - Woodrow F. Nickerson , 46, died yesterday when visiting relatives in Moncton. A life long resident of Clark's Harbour, he was the son of the late Frederick Nickerson and Linnie Mae Kenney. Mr. Nickerson was a member of the town council and the Shelburne Golf Club. Before joining the staff of R. Pinkham Co. Ltd., he operated a general store at Clark's Harbour. Surviving are his wife, Doris; one daughter, Joyce (Mrs. Grant Sweet) Halifax; two sons, James, Toronto; and Gregory, at home; and three grandchildren. The body will be at Kenney's Funeral Home, Barrington, until Wednesday, when a funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m., Rev. Lunt officating.
