Is there any kind soul in Boston that may be able to look up a death record in Boston? I'm looking for the death record information for: Margaret McIvor, age 85 who died in Boston Dec. 28, 1909. She was originally from Nova Scotia, Pictou and was single, maybe born around Cape John, or Carriboo River. I'm most interested in her parents names, and any others that may have been mentioned in the death certificate. Thank you so much. Marilyn, Los Angeles
I looked Margaret up at www.newenglandancestors.org. Death of Margaret MacIvor listed at Dec 27, 1909, age 78. Place of birth Caribou River, N.S. Father John MacIvor, no place of birth listed for him. Mother Jessie MacDonald, place of birth Caribou River. Cause of death, cerebral hemorrhage, followed by paralytic stroke. Despite whatever superficial differences might appear to separate us, we are all part of the family known as humanity and we need to act like it. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Get your own web address.
