Hello all I have seen many references to "The Cape" and "The Cape Road" near Annapolis Royal in my researching. Is there a name associated with "The Cape" or "The Cape Road?" And would anyone know where it is? Is it on a present day map? Hi Richard.....the Cape Road is just down the street from me in Lequille. I live on Hwy. 8 which is the continuation of upper St. George St. in Annapolis Royal. Sorry, can't tell you any more but am sure there is some history connected with it. I see you are always researching the Hardwicks....did you know there are a ton of them buried in the cemetery behind my house in Lequille, i.e. Woodlawn Cemetery?
