Hello I have note that a Mary Maria (nee) BARNES was in the 1871 Head of St Mary's Bay Census, indicating that she was either 78 or 88. (Probably an age that is hard to read.) Mary Maria was *POSSIBLY* born to Nathaniel BARNES Jr=Jerusha BLACKMAR. Not 100% certain of these parents. Mary Maria was married to William Joseph GILLILAND 23 April 1808. (WJG = 1774-1814 - died Digby) Mary Maria was married to Francis Frank ARMSTRONG 29 April 1819 (FFA = Digby person) We are thinking that Mary Maria survived both husbands and moved from Digby to Head of St Mary's Bay. ************************ Does anyone have access to this 1871 census? And/or tell me where to go to see if it is online? If not, it looks like a trip to FHC for me. Can anyone connect the dots or indicate if this Mary Maria was same person in above situations? Or different person, as the case may be?
