Hello all Anybody know where I can purchase a reasonably priced book (new or used) of "subject" book? I know it is on line, but would rather get a personal copy. Prices for this book start at $60 at Amazon, Abe's Books, Global Heritage and other online sources. Would be willing to pay, say, 1/2 that amount.
