Looking for ancestors of Benjamin Burges(s) born c.1786. He names first born James and Anna. Went to NB by 1819, where he helped build ships for probable brother James who was also a farmer still in Nova Scotia. Likely was connected to shipbuilding family of McCumber and did married Lydia McCumber at St Martins. He later was a farmer and lumber jack. I have posted previously, hoping new Burgess data has appeared. Sanford, Scott, Brown families may be associated earlier. Dan
