Hi Kathleen and all All I have is that Edward was born "about 1858" to Joseph WALLEY and Sarah Elizabeth BARTEAUX (1833-1900.) Mother Sarah born Hants County in 1833. Parents married 1850 in Cumberland County. Edward had 4 siblings. You appear to have closer birth date and place. Sorry, this is all I have.
