    3. I, too, have had trouble with FTM 16. I just bought it three days ago and have yet to open the extra CD's that come with the program. I have contacted the website help, but have not heard from anyone yet. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it? I am pretty savvy with technology, but am baffled by this glitch.
