Can anyone help me with tracing the MacKay/McKay families of Lime Rock, Pictou? My gg grandfather was John MacKay b. January 1, 1828 in Lime Rock and died April 8, 1914 in Pictou. He married Margaret Bell Skinner on May 24, 1858 in New Glasgow. I have some family information that suggests that he had cousins in the Plainfield area. Any help would be appreciated.
