    3. Hi All: A woman named Harriet Eliza EISENHAUER (one record gives her name as JOHNSON) who says she was born at Chester on 15 Jan 1838 [1901 Census] m.1) William Henry CROOKS of Peggy's Cove on 2 Jan 1862 [two children's birth records] and m.2) John W. RICHARDSON of Peggy's Cove on 15 Jun 1878. I have seen a 29 Mar 1878 death date for William CROOKS but have no source for same. Similarly, I have seen a death date of 2 Oct 1916 for Harriet, but no source. The record of her RICHARDSON marriage gives Harriet's parents as Michael and Matilda EISENHAUER. However, the only Michael EISENHAUER I can find who fits the picture is the Michael EISENHAUER b. 6 Nov 1806 who married Sophia LANTZ. She seems to fit nicely into their birth order, but that could be coincidence. Is there perhaps an EISENHAUER researcher who can ID the sources of the death dates (and places of death), and/or shed any more light on Harriet's parents? -----Bob H-----

    3. Might you find more if you spelled "Eisenhauer" as "Isenor", or "Isnor" ? Both Isenor and Lantz are strong names from this area of Hants County.
