I have in my possession a Certificate from the Provincial Medical Board, Nova Scotia, issued to Fernando Florens Ducharte admitting him a Licentiate in Medicine and Surgery. The certificate is dated 12 May 1931. I have contacted the Nova Scotia College of Physicians and Surgeons. They do not Dr. Ducharte on their records, but it also appear that their records do not go back to 1931. This is all I have. Does anyone have any awareness of this person? Regards, John
