Eastern Chronicle, New Glasgow, N.S., Tuesday, 17 Nov 1942: WATT- McMANN A wedding of interest to many in New Glasgow took place yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Baptist Church at Bedford, when Patricia Enid, youngest daughter of Mrs. R.C. McMann, Carelton Hotel, Halifax, was married to A. MacKenzie Watt, of Halifax, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Watt of Montpelier, Vermont. Rev.M.S. Richardson performed the ceremony in the presence of relatives and friends. The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, C.B. McMann of New Glasgow, and looked lovely in a light beige wool suit with mink collar and large patch pockets of mink, a small hat of the same material with mink trim, and a corsage of deep red roses. There were no attendants. Among the guests present at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. C.B. McMann, uncle and aunt of the bride, New Glasgow; Mrs. R.P. Hoare, sister of the bride, New Glasgow; Corporal Meredith Watt, R.C.A.F. (W.D.), Toronto, now of Halifax, sister of the groom; Mrs. R.C. McMann, the bride's mother; Mr. and Mrs. H.
