I would like to make contact with anyone with a Ward family tree, either side of the Notts/Derbys border, especially those from Greasley, Pleasley, Sutton in Ashfield, Mansfield. I think I am back to Thomas Ward bpt 1709 Sutton in Ashfield mar (1) Sarah Humphrey 1735 Mansfield and (2) Hannah Greaves 1745 Pleasley. Any help re Thomas or other Ward info to help join some Ward family trees together and take them further back would be much appreciated. Valerie

Hello Valerie, I have a Ward family based in Greasley. They are headed by George and Mary Ann (Foster) WARD and lived in Brinsley. Two of their sons married into my GILBOURNE tree.
