    3. Thanks David. I thought the answer would be easier to find but it wasn't. It's not conclusive proof but I tried to make a good case out of the stuff I did find. Given that sunrise Hill was labelled the Bendigo Millennium Green, I'm amazed that there isn't something more concrete.
