Oh how I agree with you. I have just been in a 3 day query with them over my account - I don't exist - or didn't until today. Why is it that every time we see "we have made it easier for you" it always turns out to take three times as long? All they seem to be interested in doing is seeing how much data they can amass (which is not a bad thing), but they seem to forget that a lot of people are only amateurs on the computer.
