Pauline has tendered an apology and she should be applauded for so doing. I appreciate that apology and the swiftness in her offering the same. Depending on whether or not, Hugh the list owner comments, as far as I am concerned that matter should now be closed. As to my comments relating "to the streets of Manchester and crime etc." I have no intention of offering you nor anyone else an apology relating to my comments. It is a separate topic but I quoted the truth from first hand experience and Yes, I do have experience of Wigan and Leigh, as well as most other parts of the City. Why is speaking the truth about my experiences and crime "might be considered offensive". I respectfully suggest if you wish to prolong this discussion, you do so "off list".
