----- Subject: Bands in Bradford Long time since I asked for anything, therefore hoping some kind person might present me with an early Christmas present. Recently just discovered a 'new' cousin in Bradford who's trying to discover her ancestors. They are HUME in Bradford from 1890. One, a Percy Gordon Hume, but went under the name of Sidney Hume, was a musician and apparently ran a band even though he was blind. Also a David Archibald Hume who was in the Tank Corp the whole of WW1, can anyone help me in trying to discover his army records, don't mind paying of course. I know some records were destroyed in WW2, but I have another HUME from the same time so I presume the H's weren't damaged. Sorry for the lengthy request regards John Hume Wet and Windy Nottingham BAKER-PROSSER - LONDON BEAL - 1883 - SHEFFIELD BOIK - 1823 - SOUTH AFRICA/SCOTLAND BROGDEN - 1800 - COLLINGHAM YORK BROOKS - 1853 - ROTHERHAM BUCKLAND - 1880 - NOTTINGHAM CATER - 1929 - SHEFFIELD CLARK - 1825 - HULL/INKBERROW CRAWSHAW - 1886 - SHEFFIELD GIGG - LONDON HARRISON - NOTTINGHAM (SNEINTON) WILSTROP - YORK ALWAYS LOOKING FOR HUME, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME
