I am researching JOSEPH ARTHUR WEBB born 1880 in Ireland. In 1911 he was living in Nottingham and his occupation was described as "Machine Hand Tools - Cycle Maker". I know that Raleigh bicycles are made in Nottingham now and wonder whether the company was there in 1911 - or if there were other bicycle makers at that time. Joseph was married to MARTHA (nee Scott) and their children were Charlotte, Rose Edith, Doris Mary and Arthur. Doris and Arthur were born in Nottingham. The family moved to London later because their fifth child, William George, was born in Lewisham in 1916. I would really like to track down Joseph's grandchildren who may still be alive today.
