Hi I am currently researching Joseph Arthur Pegg who was a schoolteacher and headmaster at Brinsley C of E school until just after WW2 and any information would be appreciated. He was born in 1910 and had a brother Donald Leslie Pegg. Joe also taught at Bagthorpe school. His parents (christian names unknown) lived on Greenhills Roads, Eastwood and I have a couple of photographs of the Peggs which I could copy to interested researchers. Unfortunately you have to pay to find more, or get someone to do a lookup at The National Archives; No sign of Donald Leslie. There is a Leslie PEGG aged 4 born Notts living in Belper and I cannot find a Leslie PEGG born around 1907 on FreeBMD, so that could be him. Are you sure they are brothers?
