Hi I have a query, in My Records on the 1911 census site. It appears that I have some records missing that I have already paid for and viewed. Has anyone else come across this problem and managed to retrieve them? I have looked in the help fields and unable to find the answers. I also debated on contacting them directly, but when you submit your query a box comes up with the transcript unsubscribe, so I have decided not to risk it in case I lose my existing records. Any help would be appreciated. Kind Regards Pat
Hi Pat, I also had a problem, but whereas you lost a record, I gained one (and was charged for it) that I hadn't ordered and was from a totally different family. I contacted them and within 3 hours they had rectified it, reimbursed my credits and apologised. I made my contact with them by clicking on "contact us" at the very bottom of the Home page, but did not get the message you mention.
