    3. Hi All, I managed to miss the original messages re A House Called Springhead so sorry to be sending a general note to the list. I have a copy of "The Village Atlas" for Derbys/Notts/Leics and on the survey for 1876-82, revised 1906, published 1908 Springhead is clearly marked just beneath the Bulwell town label. It isn't named on the 1897 published map (surveyed 1876-82, revised 1895) but there is a building in the same place. I can't see anything identifiable on the 1836 map. Although the website www.village-atlas.com doesn't show the specific map, the following is the reference for purchasing a copy from the website: DLN11 DERBYSHIRE/NOTTINGHAMSHIRE: Bilborough, Brinsley, Bulwell, Cossall, Cross HilL, Eastwood, Heanor, Hucknall Torkard, Ilkeston, Kimberley, Loscoe, Mapperley, Nuthall, Shipley Regards, Gilly
