Pat I noticed a similar thing when I recently went to download images for a number of relatives I had tracked down on the first day it went on line (I was at work and technically it wasn't really lunchtime but temptation got the better of me) however, when I went back to the missing records manually the system had remembered me and they were all marked as paid. Annoying if you were using the My Records tab as a way of monitoring where you've been and clearly a glitch in the system. Does the website have any contact details you could use outside there online form?
