Dear Barbara, Now it gets exciting! <g> My own family - please could I have the details. I do know that Richard, my grandfather, died as a result of a pit accident but would like the formal wording... Lily - ?may have been the little girl from my father's generation, who died as a result of sucking in a balloon when she was young - she died because it took so long to get her to hospital. We, as children, were NEVER allowed a balloon unless it was blown up and securely tied and promised to take the bits to an adult when it burst... Samuel - I have no idea about him - I think he lived in Radford, a distant cousin. Bitterly cold here this morning, bird bath frozen solid and birds hiding away to keep warm.
