Hello, All. I am new to this list and have gone through the archives looking for information relative to these families. Humphrey Millington b. 1807 (baptismmal record indicates James Humphrey and lists only "son of ________ Millington..." and it is very difficult to read the mother's name.Nottingham, married Faith Beck b. Nottingham abt. 1807 n(no documentation for baptism as yet) in 1828, St. Mary's. While Humphrey's occupation was listed as labourer on the baptismmal records of sons William 1829 and John 1830, he is listed as lace maker on the baptismmal record of Maryann 1833, if I am reading it correctly. When reading through the archives I noted someone mentioned that the Beck family was involved in lace making. I have tried to email some of the addresses listed by they bounce back. I am not researching either of these families but I did look at the Nottinghamshire Family History Society's data Cd's for baptisms & marriages and have copied the entries below. These confirm the details you already have as well as some dates you may not have. N-M is Nottingham St Mary's church. I hope these are of some use to you.
