Jo-Ann, There is an Arthur Vickolds (sic) a boarder at 158a High Road, Willesden, Middlesex. He is aged 27 (b.1884) and was born in Nottingham, and is working as a "Wholesale Druggist's Clerk." Given that it was the householder who filled in the details, the surname could easily have been mis-written. Could this occupation possibly suggest working for Boots the Chemist? They were also Stationers, so this may fit in with his occupation on his marriage certificate. I found this name by searching with Find My Past, for all Arthurs born 1884 in Nottingham. The reference is RG14PN7061 RG78PN346B RD129 SD1 ED81 SN376. By looking at previous and following images, it would appear that High Road is a shopping street, so the Boots connection may be valid. They were married in Oct of 1911 he lived in Boldmere ? I think that is in Warwickshire. And she was living in Brewood, Staffordshire. Like I said I have tried every thing I know of and sure there are other ways I have no clue of. I cannot find Arthur Vickers or Elizabeth Hackett. Like I say they were married 12 Oct 1911 in Staffordshire. I have the marriage certificate. Would it be possible that they both did not fill in the census. Arthur Vickers was at the time of marriage a Manufacturing stationers Manager. Elizabeth a school teacher. I would think they would be responsible people and fill in the census. Any input as to why I am having trouble finding at least one would be appreciated very much.
