You can find these details in a roundabout way by using census returns and birth and marriage information either from Free BMD or by subscribing to one of the commercial companies - Find my Past, or Ancestry. You would also need one of these databases to look up census details. It all depends on  when your Eliza was born, and when and if she married, and to whom. Both the 1851 and 1861 censuses will give you either her parents forenames, their ages, and their place of birth, if she was still living with them. If she was married at that time, you will find her age, place of birth and the name of her husband. From this you could find a marriage. Don't forget that civil registration only came in from 1837, so as I have said, it all depends on her relative age as to whether or not her birth and/or marriage have been registered. Otherwise it is parish records and/or the I.G.I. From then on it is a question of searching records and building up the jigsaw puzzle. What you start with depends on Eliza's situation when she died. I have instances of ancestors dying in hospital with no next of kin recorded and the death being registered by the doctor. Often in these cases the age at the time of death is also a bit of a lottery. No doubt others on this list may well add more, or indeed correct me if I have got it a bit wrong.
