    3. Dick, William Felton Norwood is from my line. We are from Zachariah's son, Lorenzo Dow Norwood, who migrated from Darlington, SC to Houston CO, GA (Perry is the town.). The sister of his grandfather and my grandmother established our line back to William through his son Edward to Theophilus I and II. This was for the DAR . Do we have any other DNA's from William's other sons? If we could get one proven line back to William it would help. Some have questioned our line in the past. There is a Norwood family here in the Pensacola area but I don't know what their line is. The wife works in the bank I use. How much is the 37 marker test now? I'll see if he is interested. I think his aunt has been interested in their genealogy. It's a small contribution, really, but I do hope that the project will grow. If you browse some of the larger projects, you will see the potential that's there. Do you know any male Norwoods from Zachariah? It would be interesting to see if there are any differentiating mutations in that line. There seems to be one in the Samuel line, but more participants would be needed to know for sure.
