Hello everyone. I had stupidly opened the SirCam worm attachment; however, thanks to all your advice and reference to the Symantec removal program, I have cleaned it out. Thank you all for responding and helping me take care of this problem. I have always been very careful, but this time I was tricked. I'll take your advice and be much more careful in future, and I hope anyone else reading this as news will take the same care. Many thanks to all of you who responded. Dick Norwood
