She loved to tell me stories of her Grandfather Norwood, whose favorite by words were, She She ye nary devil. She remembers one incident in which he had picked her in his carriage (she was about 5 or 6 years old) to go to s livestock auction. There was a man there who had a very underfed not very well taken care of mule. Her Grandfather(my Great Great Grandfather) walked right to the man and said "She she ye nary devil, did he take on much when ye gutted him?" Now being a little girl from out west, that was so funny. What I would like to know is this.
