Since there may be new folks on the list I would like to post my Norwood connection again. Mary Ann Norwood born about 1812 in TN (according to Lauderdale Co, AL census 1850). She married Giles McBride in TN and moved to Lauderdale Co, AL in late 1840's. Her husband Giles McBride served as administrator of the estate of one John P. Norwood as shown by the following: From the book, Hardin County Tennessee Records 1820-1860, compiled by Thomas A. Hays, copyright 1985 by Southern Historical Press, Inc., p 55, "County Court Minutes, 3 November 1845, p 152, Norwood, John, Giles McBride appointed administrator of the estate of John Norwood." ************************************************ From the book, Hardin County Tennessee Records 1820-1860, compiled by Thomas A.
