    3. Mildred, That sounds like a problem with your security or content settings, though I don't know why that site would be forbidden. When I clicked on the link, I went directly to the site. Did you go to the colsonfam.html page itself? Sometimes when you try to go to the root directory, you will be forbidden access. If you retyped the URL, check for typos.
