We updated to ten and lost all our folders. Had techy guy put old mail back on and now have all the folders. But, while get all mail, can't scan and send anything by windows life as computer now doesn't recognize it. I can however scan something and save as a document and then use our old AOL account and attach. Don't do it often as it is a pain, but at least still have all our old documents. Nadine
