I think it is a good likelihood it is the same person since the census record indicates they are residing on the Lundbye farm and the christening record indicates the farm is also Lundbye. I have access to the Grue bygdebøker and can look at the Lundbye farm to see if the family is mentioned and any other information it may have there. Do you know if he has a spouse? Marriage record probably available in Grue church records too and may list parents. Confirmation records may list parents, though probably not in 1700's.
