Thorvald Stoltenberg, father of Jens Stoltenberg, has died just five days after his 87th birthday.  The memorial published in The Local indicates he was well-respected and remembered fondly.  There is a 1985 photo of Thorvald with the memorial.  Jens greatly resembles his father.
