One more question, I'll finish the notes and info, and then I'm going to send the images and info off to the person who asked about this family out on the twig of my family tree and try to get some sleep. :-) I have birth/confirmation records for both Anton Larssen and Ingeborg Olsdatter. Between the original marriage record (eek! Almost unreadable!) and the copy of their marriage record, I have figured out almost all of the info. Anton's location of birth is listed as Thorstadeie, and his father's residence lists the 1865 census names for both farms, so that solves the under/sub-farm question. I still need the location where Ingeborg was listed as an Inderst, and the word/occupation of both fathers (her father's is listed as ditto) which is different for both of them from the birth records. In the original copy of the marriage record it looks like Pladsmand.......? (Archaic for husmann, according to Otto's Dictionary.) If I got that one correct, then I just need the name of the place where Ingeborg was listed as Inderst. Groom: Anton Larssen, born at Thorstadeie (I'm guessing it was probably technically at Borkerud where they were living in 1865). Bride: Ingeborg Olsdatter, born at Mossveen.
