    3. You are correct, Halvor, and I appreciate you letting me know. I feel very contrite. My deepest apologies to Hans! I saw the H... and didn't think or read further, but oddly enough I told my friend who is connected to this family that 'Hans sent the info' so she knows where I got it. I was composing an email to her at the same time and trying to get ready to go grocery shopping, and my cat was pestering me for attention. I'm not as good at multitasking as I used to be in my youth, but that's still no excuse for not getting your name correct. I normally remember your last name because there was a family with the same name and spelling (Myhre) in the same county not all that far where I was born and raised; I didn't know them growing up, but I was aware of the family with the same name. They lived some +/- 25 miles from where our family farm was and they were near other relatives who lived by the town where we went to the doctor and that town has the only hospital within a fifty mile radius and most people in the area were born there. I'm sorry, Hans. Please accept my belated gratitude to you, the correct person, for your excellent work in finding the information for my genealogy friend. She has had a brick wall on that line for a long time, had asked my advice and assistance on Oline's family because the "Lillehammer" reference had thrown her off, and she was thrilled to get the information. The dates provide me with a much shorter time to find the microfilm images that I have not already found for the siblings, and while I knew Karen Andersdatter had to have died during those ten years between the censuses, I hadn't found her death record yet, so that is invaluable. While I can find one record for Helene in the proper year, I haven't yet found the other one. The person recording the information puts different years in the column for Utflytting, but records them in different years, and that is consistent for a ten year period that I searched; it's as though he has a stack of papers from many different years, then sits down and records them when he has the time; they're not in chronological order. > > In the old Digitalarkivet database for transcriptions, I found Utflytting records for Oline Ottosdatter's siblings moving to Eidsfold, > Østfold: Ole (1880), Karoline (1882), and two records for two different months of 1884 for Helene (one of which I suspect should technically be for Oline - Eidsfold is the only place I found with the location name Fjeldberg, which is the name she used as her American surname when she married Christian Evensen Solien in 1895 in Polk County, Minnesota (she uses the spelling Lina for her first name, middle initial O, and other records show her birth name as Ottoson [sic]). 3. Hi Hans - Thank you! :-) I've copied and pasted your query in an email to my friend who is researching Oline Ottosdatter/Ottesdatter Fjeldberg's line which connects to someone she is related to. I know she works with family groupings like I do, so it wouldn't surprise me if she said yes and will add the info to her database. She has a large well-documented genealogy database, and she and I have worked together on each of our own genealogy lines as well as the side lineages if either of us gets stuck and needs help. She's at work right now so I'm not sure when she will get back to me. Beste, Bev On 5/17/2017 3:24 AM, Hans Myhre wrote: > I accept. Do you need more about Hans Ottersen and Agnethe > Olsdatter?
