I have John Martin Johnsen, born 1891, and Vilhelma Marie Abelsen, born 1888, leaving Hadsel in Nordland in May of 1914 both unmarried and going to Sunnhordland. They had a daughter, Ester, born 6 August 1915 in Kvinnherad in Hordaland, and she is listed as legitimate. What parishes are in Sunnhorland that I might check to find their marriage. I have tried the parishes in Kvinnherad Prgj., even Domkirken, Korskirken, and Nykirken in Bergen, Austevoll Prgj. in Hordaland, Fjell Prgj. and Sund Prgj. in Hordaland. Where else can I look?
